Our Premium 100% Pure Linen is handmade in Europe and crafted to the highest standards. Due to the bespoke nature of these items and their journey from Lithuania to the UK, delivery takes up to 14 days from the purchase date. 

Linen Bay covers all import taxes, ensuring a smooth delivery experience. We will keep you updated on any shipping delays or unforeseen issues, working to get your product to you as quickly as possible.

UK Standard Delivery

We offer FREE Standard Delivery on all orders over £50.00 in UK Mainland. Orders under £50.00 will be charged £4.99 for Standard Delivery.

Our Pure Cotton products will be delivered within 5 working days from receipt of order.

Important Delivery Notice

Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable, including in cases of faulty items.

This is because our delivery responsibility is fulfilled once the parcel has been dispatched and received, regardless of any issues with the product itself. Any product-related concerns will be resolved following our return or replacement policy, but delivery charges will not be reimbursed under any circumstance.
