Damaged or Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, we offer a full refund or exchange within 60 days of receiving your order. We simply require photographic evidence of the damaged or faulty item, along with the tracking number.

Important:

Returning a damaged or faulty item is free of charge please contact sales@linenbay.co.uk with your name, address, and order number, and our customer service team will generate a shipping label for you.

All damages or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unwashed and unused we highly recommend inspecting your items before washing.

Reports made after 14 days will still be reviewed; however, the customer will be responsible for return postage. Once your item has been received and inspected by our customer care team, we will notify you when a refund has been issued. You are welcome to reorder the item from our website.

Returning an Order

Sometimes things just don’t work out we understand. If you've changed your mind and wish to cancel your order, please contact our sales team and return the item in its original packaging with the security seal unbroken within 60 days to:

Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the cost of returning unwanted items, so the postage cost of returning these items is the customer's responsibility. Please ensure you obtain proof of posting, as returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until they reach us.

Once the item has been received and inspected, we will notify you when your refund has been issued. Please note that returned items must be:

As new, unused, and free of defects

If you cancel your order before shipment, a refund will be issued immediately.
